The final decision, processing time, and approval rest strictly with the GST authorities. Rejections due to incomplete or incorrect documents provided by the applicant are not our responsibility.

MagicScale processes GST applications based solely on the documents and information provided by the applicant. We do not independently verify the legal authenticity of these documents.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all business details, PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, and addresses provided to us are accurate, truthful, and legally valid. MagicScale holds no liability for penalties arising from falsified or incorrect information.

Obtaining a GSTIN through our service does not exempt your business from ongoing GST return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.), tax payment obligations, or compliance with GST laws.

MagicScale provides only the registration service. We are not responsible for any penalties, interest, or legal actions arising from non-compliance with GST regulations after your GSTIN is issued.
